Style - Parodic

A parodic advert basically makes fun of a TV show, film or exsisting advert and are supposed to be humorous whilst advertising the product. Successful ones are usually very memorable and have a distinctive feature which is pointed out by people across the UK whilst the advert is on TV, this will make the product far more successful if the advert is memorable. The Honda CR-V is a good parodic advert, it makes fun of the film "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" which is a successful film from the 80's which people are likely to recognise and find it funny if they've seen it.
